Shipping and Delivery

Last updated: 17 August 2026

We ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we don't currently deliver there.

How your order reaches you

Your order is packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner, which is based outside your country and, in most cases, in China. It travels by international carrier and is then handed to a local carrier in your country for final delivery.

Your contract is with us, not with them. We remain fully responsible to you for getting your order delivered, for the condition it arrives in, and for it matching what we described. If anything goes wrong, you deal with us.

Dispatch

We hand orders to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are processed on the next business day.

You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Tracking often takes 2 to 5 days to start updating after dispatch. That's normal on international shipments and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

How long delivery takes

Estimated time after dispatch:

Destination Estimate
United Kingdom 8 to 15 business days
Australia 8 to 16 business days
New Zealand 10 to 18 business days
Canada 10 to 20 business days

Major metropolitan areas sit at the faster end. Rural, remote and island addresses — including rural delivery routes in New Zealand, regional Western Australia and the Northern Territory, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Canadian territories — sit at the slower end and sometimes beyond it.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier backlogs, severe weather and peak periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year all add time. The delivery estimate shown to you at checkout forms part of your contract with us.

Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being made.

If delivery is late

Please email us first — most delays clear within a few days once we chase the carrier, and we'd rather fix it than have you worrying.

Your rights if we're genuinely late:

United Kingdom. If we miss the 30-day deadline, or a delivery date we agreed with you that was essential, you may treat the contract as ended and we'll refund you in full. Otherwise you may set us a new reasonable deadline in writing, and if we miss that too you may cancel for a full refund.

Canada. If we don't deliver within 30 days of the delivery date shown at checkout, or of the order date where no date was given, you may cancel and receive a full refund. This right is lost if you accept delivery after that point.

Australia and New Zealand. Goods must be delivered within the agreed time, or within a reasonable time if none was agreed. If we fail to do so, you may have a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If we're running late we'll tell you and offer a revised date, and if the delay becomes unreasonable you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay, in the currency displayed to you.

The total you see at checkout is the total you pay us. We never add charges after you've placed an order.

Import taxes and duties — please read

Because your order is shipped to you from outside your country, it is an import. Depending on where you live, the value of your order and current customs rules, sales tax (VAT or GST), customs duty, and a carrier handling or brokerage fee may apply.

Where we're required to collect sales tax at the point of sale, it's included in the price shown at checkout and itemised on your order confirmation. You shouldn't be asked to pay it again on delivery.

Where taxes or duties aren't collected at checkout, they're assessed when the parcel enters your country. The carrier or the customs authority will contact you, and the parcel is normally released only once they're paid. Carriers often add their own processing fee on top. These charges are set by your government and the carrier, not by us, and we can't predict or control them.

Canadian customers, please note: Canada's duty-free and tax-free thresholds for goods shipped from outside North America are low, so GST, HST or provincial sales tax, duty and a brokerage fee often apply even on modest orders. This catches people out, so we'd rather you knew before you buy than after.

Where import charges are payable on delivery, you are the importer of the goods into your country. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us or destroyed, we'll refund the price of the goods less any costs we incur, but not the original shipping charge.

Not sure what applies to your order? Email us before you buy and we'll tell you what we know.

Your delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout, including your postcode, postal code or ZIP. We can't change an address once a parcel has left our fulfilment partner.

If an order is undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete and it comes back to us, we'll contact you, and you may be asked to pay for a second delivery attempt.

PO boxes, parcel lockers and rural delivery work with most but not all services. If your address fails, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative.

Missed deliveries

Carriers usually attempt delivery once or twice, then leave a card asking you to collect from a depot, post office or access point, or to rebook. Uncollected parcels are returned to sender after the carrier's holding period.

Not collecting a parcel is not the same as cancelling your order. If you want to cancel, please tell us in writing.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening if you can. Report any damage to us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the product and the outer packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Full details are on our Returns, Cancellations and Warranty page.

Split deliveries

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Where this happens and you're a UK customer, your 14-day cancellation period runs from the day the last parcel arrives.
