Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Please read these terms before you order. Placing an order means you accept them. If you don't agree with them, please don't order from us.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean MOLTA TRADE Sp. z o.o. "You" means the person placing the order.
2. Your legal rights come first
We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Consumer law in each of these countries gives you rights that cannot be signed away.
Nothing in these terms restricts or excludes those rights. Where anything here conflicts with the mandatory consumer law of the country, state, province or territory where you live, that law applies instead. This includes the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, and Canadian provincial and territorial consumer protection legislation.
3. Our products
We sell motorcycle display units with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, together with mounts, cables and related accessories.
Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in colour, finish or packaging can occur and don't make a product faulty. We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications, water resistance rating and compatibility.
If you need to know whether a product will work with a particular motorcycle or phone, ask us before you order. We'd rather answer a question than have you receive something that doesn't suit you.
4. Placing an order
- Add the product to your basket and go to checkout.
- Enter your delivery and payment details. Check them carefully — you can correct any input errors before you confirm.
- Review your order summary. Before you confirm, you'll see the goods, the itemised price, shipping, any taxes we collect, the total, the currency, delivery arrangements, and our cancellation and return terms. You can accept it, decline it, or go back and change it.
- Click the button to place your order. This places you under an obligation to pay.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
Keep that email. It's your written copy of the agreement, and it carries specific legal significance if you live in Ontario or Quebec.
If we can't accept your order — the item is out of stock, we can't ship to your address, the price was clearly wrong, or we can't verify your payment — we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any sales tax we're required to collect. Import duties and taxes may apply separately on delivery — see our Shipping and Delivery page, which explains this.
We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed. If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken in full when you order, using the methods shown at checkout. We don't store your full card details — payments are handled by our payment provider.
We do not set individual prices using automated profiling of you.
6. Delivery
Delivery is covered on our Shipping and Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.
Goods become your responsibility when you, or someone you've nominated, takes physical possession of them. You own them once we've received payment in full.
7. Cancellation, returns and faults
Covered in full on our Returns, Cancellations and Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.
In summary: UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. We don't accept change-of-mind returns in Australia, New Zealand or Canada. Everywhere, statutory rights for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods apply in full, and we give a 12-month limited warranty on top.
8. Riding safely and legally — please read this
Our products are navigation and information displays fitted to a motorcycle. Please read this section before installing or using one.
You are responsible for riding safely. A display is an aid, not a substitute for paying attention to the road. Don't operate the device while the motorcycle is moving. Set your route before you set off.
You are responsible for riding legally. Rules on what may be fitted to a motorcycle, where it may be mounted, whether it may sit in your field of view, and how it may be operated while riding differ between countries — and within Australia and Canada, between states, provinces and territories. They also change over time. Check the rules that currently apply where you ride. We don't warrant that fitting or using the product is permitted in your jurisdiction.
Installation. Follow the supplied instructions. The device connects to your motorcycle's electrical system. If you're not confident, have it fitted by a qualified motorcycle technician. Incorrect installation can damage the product, your motorcycle, or both, and isn't covered by our warranty.
Your motorcycle's warranty. Fitting aftermarket electrical accessories may affect your manufacturer's warranty, and in some countries may affect roadworthiness certification. Check with your dealer if this matters to you.
Water resistance and temperature. Any stated IP rating applies to the product as supplied, with all port covers correctly closed and undamaged. It isn't a permanent guarantee and isn't covered where a cover has been left open or damaged. Screen response and battery performance may be reduced in extreme cold.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for fines, penalties or losses arising from use of the product in breach of local road traffic law, or from installation that doesn't follow our instructions.
This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation.
9. Product safety and disposal
Our products carry the conformity markings and safety information required for the markets we sell to.
If you become aware of a safety issue with a product you bought from us, stop using it and email us immediately at contact.motolink@gmail.com. We report safety incidents to the relevant authority where required.
This is electrical equipment and may contain a battery. At the end of its life, don't put it in household waste — use your local electrical waste or battery recycling scheme. Your local council or municipality will tell you where.
10. Reviews
Where we publish customer reviews, we take reasonable steps to ensure they come from people who actually bought the product.
We don't write fake reviews, commission them, or pay for them. We don't delete genuine negative reviews because they're unfavourable. Publishing fake or incentivised reviews without disclosure is unlawful in every country we sell to, and we don't do it. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, off-topic or promotional.
If you post a review, you confirm it's your honest opinion based on real experience, and you allow us to publish it on our site and marketing channels.
11. Using this website
Use this website for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use it in a way that damages it or impairs anyone else's use.
The content of this website — text, images, logos and the Moto Link name — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse it commercially without our permission.
We try to keep the site available at all times but can't guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it for maintenance or business reasons, giving notice where we reasonably can.
12. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any liability under the consumer protection or consumer guarantee legislation of the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
Where we are permitted to limit our liability and to the extent the law allows, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing them, or paying the cost of any of those — unless it wouldn't be fair or reasonable for us to rely on that limitation.
Business customers: we're not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
13. Events outside our control
We're not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by an event outside our reasonable control — including extreme weather, flood, fire, earthquake, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, epidemic, industrial action including postal strikes, carrier failure, customs or biosecurity closure, or failure of public networks.
If such an event occurs we'll contact you as soon as we can, and where the delay is substantial you may cancel for a full refund.
14. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us first at contact.motolink@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and give a substantive response within 14 days.
If we can't resolve it, free consumer advice and dispute resolution options are available where you live — these are listed on our Returns, Cancellations and Warranty page. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using them, or from taking court action.
15. Governing law and where you can sue
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country, state, province or territory where you live.
- Consumers in Australia keep the protection of the Australian Consumer Law and their state or territory fair trading legislation, and may bring proceedings in their local courts or civil tribunal.
- Consumers in New Zealand keep the protection of New Zealand consumer law, and may bring proceedings in their local District Court or the Disputes Tribunal.
- Consumers in Canada keep the protection of their provincial or territorial consumer protection legislation, and may bring proceedings in their local courts. Consumers in Quebec may bring proceedings in the Quebec courts as provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
- Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
Business customers: the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Language
These terms and the contract are concluded in English.
Résidents du Québec : conformément à la Charte de la langue française, vous avez le droit d'obtenir ces conditions et nos politiques en français. Écrivez-nous à contact.motolink@gmail.com et nous vous les fournirons.
17. Other terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We'll tell you if this happens, and it won't affect your rights.
This contract is between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce it.
If a court finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
If we don't immediately insist that you do something you're required to do, or delay in taking action, that doesn't mean we've given up our rights.
We may change these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the change, not to orders already confirmed. The version in force is the one published on this page when you order.
